   2. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be defined and mutually agreed upon prior to project commencement.
   3.  Any modifications or additions requested after approval may lead to revised costs and timelines.
3. Pricing & Payments
   1. Project pricing is based on design requirements, materials, and execution scope, and will be communicated through an official quotation or agreement.
   2. An advance payment is mandatory to initiate any design or execution work and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   3. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
   4. Delayed payments may result in work suspension, timeline extensions, or additional charges.
4. Project Timelines & Execution
   1. Estimated timelines are provided based on the agreed scope of work.
   2. Delays due to force majeure events, material unavailability, vendor issues, or client-initiated changes are beyond Brightech’s control.
   3. Clients are responsible for timely approvals, decisions, and access to the site to avoid execution delays.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
   1. Project cancellations after commencement may lead to forfeiture of the advance payment.
   2. Any refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the stage of work completed and expenses incurred.
   3. Brightech reserves the right to terminate a project in case of non-payment, breach of agreement, or failure to comply with terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   
   1. All designs, drawings, concepts, layouts, and visual materials created by Brightech remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
   2. Reproduction, sharing, or use of Brightech’s design materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Warranties
   1. Brightech shall not be liable for defects, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or manufacturers.
   2. Product warranties for materials, fittings, and furnishings shall be governed by the respective manufacturer’s policies.
   3. Brightech is not responsible for structural limitations, civil conditions, or hidden defects within the existing property.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
   1. Client information, drawings, and project details will be treated as confidential and used only for project-related purposes.
   2. Brightech may photograph or showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, or promotional use unless restricted by a prior written agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
   1. Any disputes arising from Brightech’s services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation.
   2. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts under Indian law, at Kochi, Kerala.
